Awards season wrapped up Sunday night with the 2025 Oscars, and the red carpet did not disappoint. Stars like Raye arrived in a jaw-dropping gown by Vivienne Westwood, while Ariana Grande wore new season Schiaparelli. Cynthia Erivo's custom Louis Vuitton gown was stunning, but her artful manicure also stole the show. Despite a bevvy of beautifully custom looks, archival fashion also had a moment during this year's awards season.
At the 2025 Grammys, pop princesses Chappell Roan and Olivia Rodrigo turned heads in archival fashion masterpieces—Roan wore a Jean Paul Gaultier Spring/Summer 2003 Couture get-up and Rodrigo rocked vintage Versace. Anora star and Best Actress Oscar-winner Mikey Madison cemented her status as a style standout, opting for vintage Giorgio Armani at the Critics' Choice Awards and vintage Bill Blass at the Oscar Nominees dinner.
Wicked co-stars Grande and Erivo dominated the season with back-to-back archival ensembles. Grande led the vintage charge by far, wearing everything from 1980s Chanel to Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent haute couture.
