Thinking up a outside storing bin solution for my bins (that my kids can climb)
Hello lovely DIY people! We have a lot of recycling bins in our neighbourhood and they take up quite a lot of space in my tiny front garden. So I've been thinking of building an outside storage bin solution (I'm not really sure how they are called in English, but they look like this:) https://preview.redd.it/ve5jfsklfcxe1.jpg?width=371&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ad90c0a84f2d5ad70f93fd9b398174023b60dc98 The thing is though, because we don't have much space, I would really like to give the storage a double function. Make it something that my kids can climb and sit on for example. Maybe add plants to it. Make it a little more playful. But good wood is very expensive here, so I'm really trying to brainstorm solutions and ideas. Do any of you have good ideas, maybe a way to make something sturdy (that kids can climb) but that doesn't require too much wood (or recycled wood). All ideas are very welcome! Thank you so much! submitted by /u/MxdeMaupin [link] [comments]
