Tile backer question and insulation recommendation for bathroom.
I am redoing my bathroom and have gutted it to the studs. We are doing a full tile to the ceiling and I plan to use GoBoard on all the walls. My first question is do I need to use the special hardware to mount the GoBoard on every wall or just the wet walls in the shower? Can I use normal drywall screws on the non wet walls? Second question is about insulation, for interior walls and one exterior wall I was planning to use the safe and sound Rockwool stone wool, is this good insulation to use in a bathroom or is there something better to use? submitted by /u/Piperpaul22 [link] [comments]
