US 3/8" to EU 1/2" : Mission impossible
I ordered a bidet from the US, but it came with a 3/8” connection, which is smaller than the EU standard. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed that the US 3/8” is indeed smaller than the EU version. I asked if they could send me an adapter, offering to pay for it, but they told me to check local stores. I’ve visited seven stores in the Netherlands and couldn’t find a suitable adapter. I also ordered three different adapters from China, but none of them matched the American 3/8” size, so they didn’t fit. My goal is to convert the US 3/8” female connection to the EU 1/2” male standard. Is there really no adapter available for this? I don’t care how,I just need a solution. Any ideas?
