What would you do about this ugly box at the base of my chimney?
This pipe is furnace exhaust that comes through the crawlspace. I'm thinking about laying bricks to match the style of the chimney, but the pipe seems to angle outwards, so I think I'd have that new wall stick out a brick's-width from the edge of the chimney. Any ideas—elegant or otherwise—would be greatly appreciated! P.S. I know the driveway shouldn't be paved right up to the side of the house like that.
