What's causing this damp stain on the window sills?
I moved in about 2 months ago, I took out the old caulk, and used paint stripper to get rid of the old varnish, so it is for now currently unvarnished, I re caulked it. This is happening for both upstairs and downstairs upstairs window sills. the one upstairs doesn't have a cable in the wall, so it mustn't be that.
