Where Do I Go From Here?
I have a deal with this woman where she's renting me her house until I can afford to buy it, but that I'm allowed to remodel and repair whatever I need to. The floor near the toilet was soft, so I "ripped" (zero effort involved at this point) up the vinyl planks and exposed an 80% rotten floor.
