Since they will be a part of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab, they will probably be released as 5-star characters. Interestingly, the New Federation is one of the technologically advanced nations in Wuthering Waves. It is the only known nation besides Huanglong and Rinascita, and is expected to be released soon.
