Advice on how to repair a sliding door that is difficult to open to a sagging beam on top of it?

Hey guys, hope this is the right place for this. My parents have an Andersen sliding door in their house that is almost impossible to open, and it has only been getting worse over the years. We've had a professional (Renewal by Andersen) take a look at it, it seems like the door is underneath a tub on the second floor that has had a slow leak for many years, and now the beam over the door is sagging from having absorbed water over the years, making it almost impossible to open. Would anyone have any advice on how this might be repaired, hopefully the most cost effective option? Would the entire sliding door plus beam need to be replaced, or is there anyway just the beam can be replaced? A picture of the door is attached as well. Thank you! https://imgur.com/a/rUkbzll submitted by /u/TheCrippledGod [link] [comments]
