Advice on Raising Deck Framing
I remodeled my house with slider doors onto the deck. The 1st floor of the house is higher than the existing deck, so need to raise the deck a little over 2”. What is the best method to raise the framing? Pics show the distance needed, plus pics of the framing. The beams look to be in great condition, so would like to reuse after cleaning and taping framing.
