After several chirp attacks by smoke alarms I'm curious if one brand or another has more (or less) problems
We're building a new home. All the past problems with hard wired smoke alarms have us wondering which (if any) brands do better. (or worse)? Anyone actually have some good experiences with reliable alarms that don't habitually glitch out and chirp you into insanity for no particular reason over and over? I'm not talking about normal battery replacement needs. Last house went through a new set of alarms every 2 to 3 years.
