American Express is bringing back Member Week for 2025 — here’s what you need to know

American Express cardholders will get a chance to enjoy a slew of special offers during American Express Member Week with a five-day event March 17-21.

The last time American Express offered a Member Week event was October 2023, when we saw a cornucopia of cool experiences and statement credits with travel brands, including Delta Air Lines and Hilton, with savings of almost $400 in some instances.

There were also a number of limited-time travel and shopping deals and benefits for Amex small-business cardmembers. So, we’re especially excited to see what’s in store for this year’s event.

Here’s what we know about the 2025 event so far.

What is American Express Member Week?

Member Week is a showcase for American Express to demonstrate the perks and benefits that members enjoy on its cards. The event debuted in 2021 and continues to evolve in terms of the offers and unique experiences provided to members.

Access to Member Week is reserved for those who hold personal, business and corporate American Express cards. However, in 2023, American Express offered a Member Week Pass that allowed potential customers a chance to sample the services that come with an Amex membership — but we don’t know yet if that offer will be extended in 2025.

According to the American Express website, this year, in honor of 175 years of American Express, offers will be available from “iconic brands with more than a century of service.”

So far, we’ve spotted Hilton, Hertz, Exxon Mobile Rewards, Macy’s and Barnes & Noble among the more than a dozen options on the Member Week site.

We’re also expecting cardholders to be able to snag tickets for some prime entertainment and sporting events in 2025 through Amex presales that will take place during Member Week. In the past, we’ve seen offers that included tickets to events ranging from Coachella to the U.S. Open golf championship.

Bottom line

There’s much to look forward to during the five days of American Express Member Week this year.

While we’re waiting to hear exactly what the offers will be, now would be a good time to consider signing up for an American Express card if you don’t have one already.
