Esports and Sports fast betting content provider BETER has appointed Adam Conway as its new General Manager of the Esports Business Division.

The move marks a significant step for BETER as it looks to strengthen its position in the fast-betting esports market and expand its flagship ESportsBattle tournament service.

Adam Conway brings more than 20 years of experience in the betting industry, having held senior roles at SIS, including Global Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming, and Head of Trading.

Prior to SIS, Conway served as Head of Trading at Ladbrokes and contributed to several other betting firms, overseeing the launch and management of successful product portfolios.

In his new role at BETER, Conway will be responsible for expanding the company’s leadership in fast-betting esports content.

He will oversee the development and growth of in-house events for the ESportsBattle series, which currently features eFootball, eBasketball, and Hockey. Under his leadership, BETER is set to introduce new disciplines such as eCricket and eTennis, further diversifying its esports offering.

Conway will manage a team of over 200 specialists and 500 professional athletes, delivering more than 500,000 esports events annually across four countries.

His responsibilities also include strengthening relationships with existing clients, establishing new partnerships, and working closely with key industry bodies like the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) to ensure operational transparency and fair play.

BETER’s CEO, Gal Ehrlich, commented: “Adam’s background in esports is unmatched, and we are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to enhance our esports offering, especially our flagship ESportsBattle tournaments.

“We’re already the go-to provider for fast-betting content, data, and live streaming in esports and sports. With Adam as our Esports General Manager, we’re confident we’ll strengthen that leadership and further distance ourselves from the competition.”

BETER currently organises more than 45,000 monthly in-house events across eight esports and sports disciplines, offering 24/7 streaming, real-time data, and odds.

The company also provides esports odds for over 450 international tournaments, covering major titles such as CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, and VALORANT.

With Adam Conway at the helm of its esports division, BETER aims to accelerate its growth and innovation in the global esports betting market.
