Bought some cabinets from Home Depot and trying to level them before getting the granite installed

Each individual cabinet is level, and the cabinets are perfectly flush in the front but the sides of the cabinets are not perfect and are causing the level of the whole thing to be off. The right cabinet left side wall is 1/16” higher in the middle than the left cabinet right side wall. I assume I would want to prioritize making the whole thing level even if the means small gaps in the middle?
