Bugatti has introduced a new "Équipe Pur Sang" specification for its Tourbillon hypercar, marking the beginning of exclusive customer configuration sessions worldwide.Meaning “Thoroughbred Team,” the Équipe Pur Sang package pays homage to Bugatti’s rich motorsport legacy with a range of performance-focused, motorsport-inspired design elements. Visually and aerodynamically enhanced, the package includes a dedicated front splitter, rear wing with endplates, carbon fiber engine cover inlays and a bespoke 8-pipe exhaust system. A new rear diffuser boosts downforce and further sharpens the car’s aggressive stance.Unique 20-inch front and 21-inch rear directional wheels improve airflow to the rear radiator by up to 8 percent, enhancing cooling and efficiency. Inside, the package continues with Alcantara Performance Seats, carbon fiber trim and embroidered Équipe Pur Sang logos throughout the cabin.“The Tourbillon already represents a fusion of raw power and cutting-edge technology,” said Bugatti Managing Director Hendrik Malinowski, adding "With Équipe Pur Sang, we celebrate the pure racing soul of Bugatti.”Each Tourbillon is powered by a naturally aspirated 8.3L V16 engine delivering 1,000 hp, paired with three electric motors for a combined 1,800 hp. Despite the hybrid system, it remains lighter than its predecessor thanks to an advanced T800 carbon composite chassis.
