Ceiling fan/light with 2 switches..options for smart switch/remotes?
Hello everyone I'm looking to install a new light ceiling fan combo. I'd actually just prefer a remote controlled fan/light combo but I dont want a dead switch on the wall. So far I found this.. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lutron-Caseta-Smart-Fan-Speed-Control-for-Pull-Chain-Fans-1-5-Amp-Single-Pole-White-PD-FSQN-WH-R-PD-FSQN-WH-R/308675064 But I'm wondering is there anything out there like this with an integrated light switch? Cuz from what I had reading sounds like I would have to install a separate switch for the light and the fan. Not something I really want to do.. So my goals: -no dead switch on wall -not adding a second controller for light operation (integrated fan and light controller) -ability to use a remote or Google home to control fan/light set up must be compatible with my current 2 wall switch set up (don't want to run new wires) Is this do able?
