Overwatch 2 has officially unveiled its collaboration with Street Fighter 6 during Evo Japan 2025, bringing limited-time skins inspired by the fighting game.

The animated trailer showcased all eight skins coming with the Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 event, examples include Hanzo as Ryu, Widow Maker as Cammy, and Juno as Chun-Li. Other potential items, such as sprays, weapon charms, and more, have not been revealed.

The collaboration will officially commence on May 21st, 2025.

Here are all eight skins revealed in the trailer, though prices have yet to be confirmed as of writing:

  • Hanzo: Ryu
  • Kiriko: Juri
  • Juno: Chun Li
  • Widowmaker: Cammy
  • Soldier 76: Guile
  • Sigma: M. Bison
  • Winston: Blanka
  • Zenyatta: Dhalsim

The announcement was made at Evo Japan 2025, one of the biggest FGC events of the year, and shared on X earlier today (May 9th).

Evo Japan 2025 itself will be running from May 9th-11th, 2025, and will be broadcast live on PlayStation’s YouTube channel. It’s very rare to see two prominent competitive games collaborate in this way.

For those who have been following the Overwatch scene, this collaboration may not come as a surprise. News surrounding the Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 collaboration began surfacing online after it was supposedly leaked through the PlayStation Store.

Despite excitement from the fanbase, the announcement wasn’t met with universal praise. Twitch Streamer Phyerx wrote how players will be “upset Kiriko gets another collab skin”, and there were also others remarking how Juno also received a collab skin yet again.

Overwatch 2 has been on a collaboration streak as of recently, as just last week it held a skin event for Gundam Wing’s 30th anniversary. In that event, individual skins cost 2,800 Overwatch Coins (~$30/£23), while the bundle cost 5,900 Overwatch Coins (~$60/£46). Given that there are eight skins this time around, prices could potentially be higher.
