Comedian, Writer and SNL Star Devon Walker Shares His Travel Hacks and Go-To Essentials
Devon Walker’s life is always in motion. When the SNL cast member isn’t attending pitch meetings or spending late nights at 30 Rock, he's on the road, picking up travel hacks along the way. The Curtis pant is the Clinton’s perfect companion with its side slip pockets, a hook-and-zip closure and an internal drawstring for ease of wear.The Motion Collection is built for effortless movement—no matter the distance or duration — but even the best travel days come with their challenges, from long layovers to the all-too-relatable headache of an overbearing seatmate. “My travel pet peeve is getting the middle seat. It’s really devastating. Or when people recline their seats back really carelessly. I think people should be more considerate about that — I’m a person! I have a family. I have people that love me [laughs]. I also don’t think we should dnever be barefoot on the plane; we can’t be living like that!”The occasional travel horror story may be unavoidable, but since Walker has such a fast-paced career, he also gets to visit a lot of desirable destinations. He’s performed all over the country, from his home base of New York City to Los Angeles, but he shares that his favorite place to perform is Chicago. “It's one of my favorite cities. I love cities that aren’t as insane as New York, but you can still find really awesome restaurants.
