Coperni FW25 "LAN Party" Was a Gaming Wonderland
Coperni continues to amaze season after season, hosting spectacular runways in unexpected locations. Last season, Coperni closed Paris Fashion Week under Disneyland's magic castle and opened a gamer wonderland for Fall/Winter 2025. Continuing the theme of monstrous runways, Coperni welcomed hundreds of guests to the adidas Arena in Paris. They were greeted with buckets of popcorn and hot-and-ready hotdog stands upon arrival. Descending into the main area, over 200 gamers sat in rolling chairs playing everything from Fortnite to Rocket League. Designers Sebastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant threw an interactive "LAN Party" for FW25: a place where gamers come together to compete against each other IRL. Recreating the forgotten '90s event, models swerved through rows of gamers of all ages in strong silhouettes that emulate independent Coperni women. Asymmetrical gowns and strong-shoulder suits opened the collection in neutral tones, while vibrant red dominates glossy puffed evening wear. Fur coats were layered with staple zip-ups reflecting the unpredictable gamer wardrobe, followed by tribal-printed denim, oversized winter jackets, and tonal motorcycle gear. Coperni's previously teased Tamagotchi collaboration debuted on the runway, transforming the gaming staple into a miniature purse. Finally, the brand also presented Ray-Ban Meta glasses with integrated AI technology for swift on-the-go assistance.
