Cracked Joists found in home inspection
Hi! Im a soon to be first time homeowner and today was my inspection. Everything went well but the inspector found some cracks in the floor joists in the basement. He recommended us have a contractor come out and assess the cracks. I was wondering if any of that is even needed? I am willing to make the repairs myself. Other than obvious water damage from past leaks, and the cut out floor joist, is there anything else that sticks out in these images? submitted by /u/Successful_Past_4773 [link] [comments]
