Deck to house
So I bought a house last year and I’m finally gonna lag bolt the deck to house it only has nails now but I’m curious I was told by the inspector like 1/2”x 5” lags will be perfect but how do I know if they will grab whatever is behind the ledger piece and I know I need to pre drill about a 5/16” hole but how do I know what’s inside behind the outside to the inside of the walls of the house?!?! submitted by /u/CLath1985_1114 [link] [comments]
