Drywall patch in ceiling not sitting flush along the edge where ceiling and side wall touch
Hello, I had someone come patch a hole in my bathroom ceiling. They cut open a larger hole, fit a piece of drywall, screwed it in and put mud in the joints. After taking a close look at the work done, the area where the joint connect to the edge of the ceiling and wall does not align properly. Typically you would see a straight line across the edge but with the new piece of drywall, the line is no longer straight. What are my options to fix this? I also noticed that he did not use tape. Is that something I should use now or is it too late? submitted by /u/Alternative_Run7631 [link] [comments]
