Front porch concrete disintegrating
Home is 10 years old. This season after the winter, i noticed the concrete is chipping very easily. I have been using salt , but the blue kind ( Alaskan melter), which supposedly shouldnt affect concrete. Is the layer that is coming off, is that parging ?
