Has anyone successfully built a robotic arm that can trigger a touch on a tablet screen?
Hey everyone, I'm working on a small robotic arm (using servo motors (sg90) and 3D printed parts in PLA) that should be able to "tap" on an iPad screen. The challenge is that capacitive touchscreens don't respond to plastic, so I'm looking for any solution that would make the screen detect the touch automatically, without needing a human to hold anything. Has anyone here figured out a way to do this? Whether through materials, electronics, or clever tricks, I’d love to hear your experiences! Thanks a lot! submitted by /u/Frozbee [link] [comments]
