Help to design High Heat, High Humidity room
Hey DIY-ers and construction pros! I need some suggestions for a building I need to make. I am a snake breeder in the US and I have access to basic home improvement stores like Home Depot and Lowe's, with some local sheet goods suppliers. I want to make a building to emulate the snake's natural environment. Mostly the room will sit between 80-85°f and about 65% humidity. I have much construction knowledge as I have been a carpenter for many years, but in normal practices in keeping humidity under control. I don't have much experience trying to maintain high humidity. I have researched a lot and can't find any materials that are currently available. I have seen lots of suggestions for materials like 3 walled exterior insulation, but I can't get it at my HD anymore. Any thoughts on materials I can use? I will be making a shed-like structure in the back yard, so it will be an entirely new structure and I can start from the ground up. I appreciate your suggestions!
