Home Office Desk
I'm looking to put together a home office desk. I would like to do a set up with one large study panel as the surface which is bolted into two filing cabinets that will support the table as legs. I would like to put my gaming pc into one of the cabinets. sort of like this but with one of the filing cabinets having the drawers removed to place the pc in My question is what wood would you suggest using for the panel? Soft wood is probably not an option since this will be a wide desk and I do not wanter a center support, just the two filing cabinets. Also, does anyone have a better option instead of filing cabinets?
