Homes with no attic.
My new home does not have an attic and I am in the process of remodeling the bathroom which will require a vent tube to be plumbed in for the sink,toilet and shower as the original never had a vent. My question is on homes without attics, what is to be expected when making a hole through the roof? How much space is between the roof and the bathroom ceiling generally? Side note, the bathroom butts up to the master bathroom which is vented but it’s on the opposite side of where my new toilet will be, could you technically splice in and use one vent for both bathrooms? submitted by /u/Piperpaul22 [link] [comments]
