How I fix this leaky window?
I just bought this house and was redoing floors when we had a rain storm and I noticed this leak. There are stains on the floor showing that it would have leaked before. How can I fix this? The caulk around the door is definitely ripped and needs to be redone. However there is another adjacent window that also has a similar wet spot underneath it making me believe it's the windows. This window in the photo is also a fixed window with no openings whereas the other leaky window does open.
