How should I clean up this door?
I'm building a playhouse / garden shed. I bought this cute 15 panel glass door on marketplace. I use a razor scraper to remove extra paint from the panes themselves with good success, but that caused paint which was bubbled up to flake off. As you can see on the bottom of the door there are flakes there too waiting to come off. I clearly need to get rid of all of that before I repaint. What should I do? Apply a stripper? Just remove what I can and then prime and paint? Prime with what? Killz?
