Fisch has kicked off its Valentine's Update event, and while there aren't new rods, there are some lovely new Eels available. Simply log in during the Valentine's event, do your usual thing, and wait for a message to pop at the top that says that the Lovestorm event has started. You'll know you hooked one if you get a whopping -90% Progression Speed.
