Head towards Deadfall Highlands and then make your way to the Sulfur Mines Basecamp. Once you cross the bridge to the camp, you must use electricity magic to power the generator on the lift's right side. You can shock the Essence Generator yourself with a grimoire or utilize Giatta's Spectral Jolt. I was hoping it would unlock a quest or reward with them, but nothing seems to be tied to them after this. I checked back on these characters, and they just continue to stick around there.
