Your skill with a sword can take you far in your adventures as Henry, but some situations may call for a more devious approach. For that, you'll want to learn how to find and use poison in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Poison concoctions can be purchased from specific herbalists or brewed at an Alchemy Bench in Kingdom Come 2. Naturally, you'll need a recipe if you want to craft poisons. Thankfully, said herbalists do carry recipes you can purchase. Where to find poison in Kingdom Come 2 Bottles of poison can be found occasionally in the world or purchased from certain herbalists. For example, hidden in the woods north of Trosky Castle is Herbalist Barnaby, who is more than willing to provide for your poison needs. Scroll down to the Poisons section for his selection of less-than-healthy brews. Screenshot by Destructoid Here are the three poisons you can find, purchase, or brew in the game: Dollmaker Poison Makes running impossible, reduces weapon skills, and slowly reduces the target's health. Lullaby Poison Reduces the energy of the target to zero along with stamina regeneration. Bane Poison Makes running impossible and reduces the health of a target. Designed to poison food. You can also purchase the recipes for Lullaby and Dollmaker poisons for a hefty fee. Read the recipes to unlock them in your alchemy book. It's a good idea to visit her if you didn't get everything you need from Barnaby. How to use poison in Kingdom Come 2 Poison concoctions can be used to poison food in Kingdom Come 2. To poison food or drink, approach a pot of stew or a barrel of wine and hold the appropriate button or key for the "Pour potion" option that appears on your HUD: the E key for PC users; the A button on the Xbox pad; or the X on a PlayStation controller. Choose the poison you want from the menu that pops up and Henry will pour it in. You can also poison the food you have in your inventory and drop it on the ground. Screenshot by Destructoid While it won't make Henry an unofficial Witcher, you can also apply poison to weapons in the game. To do so, look for the poison in your inventory. Highlight the poison and press the E key (or A button/X button) for "Apply." This opens up a window showing you everything that can be poisoned. Pick a weapon and press "Confirm" to apply the poison. I imagine it should also work well for hunting animals or culling a dangerous wolf pack. Whatever you do, try not to eat anything you've poisoned. Poor Henry has enough on his plate already.
