Unfortunately, the colors are tied to these skins and these skins only and are not swappable or usable on different skins in the game. Basically, the colors are costume recolors for a limited number of skins for a price. The only way to get new skin recolors (like the Psylocke one above) is to purchase Lattice and then convert it. Each skin recolor costs 600 Unstable Molecules (600 Lattice), which works out to about $6. However, NetEase Games says it will be introducing ways to earn Unstable Molecules in season three, which is set to begin in July. It's unknown yet how Unstable Molecules will be earned, but it's possible that it could be added to the battle pass as part of the rewards track, or as rewards for special missions in the game.
