How to stop Water leaking into basement.

Water is running between concrete porch (suspended slab over cistern) and the ban board then between ban board and sill plate to the interior foundation wall. I GC’d the home and I know where I messed up. When we poured the porch AGAINST THE Ban board after the subfloor was installed. I did lay down a vapor barrier that was left long enough to extend up the sheeting behind house wrap and siding. However, during construction it was cut flush with the concrete and never caught until siding. Looking for the best permanent fix. Caulk, hydraulic cement, flashing broke 90 degrees and nailed to the sheeting, glued to the concrete. Or some other method I am not thinking of. submitted by /u/ky_z0mBiE [link] [comments]
