Since you don't start this story inside the realm, you won't be able to enter it right away. Instead, you'll need to advance through the Wonders of Wonderland quest before venturing further into the realm itself. If you leave the Alice in Wonderland realm and need to return later, you'll have it unlocked through your in-game map as a Fast Travel point.
