I found a house I like but I am not sure if this is something that can be fixed.
It has an upstairs, and in one of the rooms upstairs there are bumps in the floor. It is hard to see in the picture but my question is, would this even be something I could fix or will it likely require a carpenter/contractor? The floor does not seem sunk in, but that there are a few spots with something under the floor maybe?
