I left my window open during hard rain for about 30 min, how do I fix this?
So I left my window open, went to the store and it started down pouring while I was gone. I came home and the paint on the window ledge was bubbling (it’s new construction cheap paint, I have a can of the paint) I tried patting it dry with a towel and the paint just broke up and I have a water streak running down my wall.
