Indiana Jones on PS5 and 8 other intriguing new games out this week

The new game releases this week stretch your palette and your palate. There’s an adventure game, a photography sim, an MMO sim, a retro RPG, and more. If you want bright high fantasy, you’re covered. If you want grimy, colorful horror, you’re covered. Side-scrolling platformer? You got it. Soulslike? Of course.

Erenshor kicks off the week with a fascinating idea: Take the key parts of an MMO and simulate them in a single-player game. Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2 follows right after with the second half of its ’90s-era mystery. Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree may be a mouthful, but it looks like a promising Soulslike with robust systems for customizing your character. And near the end of the week, PlayStation 5 owners will finally be able to play the excellent Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
