Just bought a house where a flipper installed new hardwood floors. Do I "seal"?
The floors look like pine, they are dull and don't seem to have any coating applied (I don't know how to tell). Is there a product I could apply before I move my stuff in, to protect floor from stains, scratches, whatever?
