The face on the right side gives you a visual representation of your current reputation. A grinning golden face means your reputation is high, whereas a red frowning face is low. Selecting a group gives you an exact number of where you stand with certain folk. A good reputation should begin at 60, while anything below 50 is poor. The number can go into the negative as well.
