Me and my friends wana build a fort but not sure what to make it out of.

Im a 15M, Im not sure where to post this but me and my friends would like to build a fort/ little shack to hangout in this summer, i need suggestions on what to build it out of. it does rain frequently where im at and have high wind speeds sometimes aswell. we were thinking of using "severe weather 2x4x8" as a flooring with metal posts in the corners with a tarp on top, and maybe building a very little fence for walls like 3 feet tall just to make it look better. the area we wana build it on is 8-9 feet wide, 15 feet long. Were trying to stay on a budget but still make it look nice. please let me know if you know what i should do.
