Weekly Review: May 03, 2025

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far! I took a quick trip to Europe this week to check out the two current Airbus A321XLR operators (Aer Lingus and Iberia), and then spent the rest of the week visiting my parents, before returning back home.

On the points & travel front, this week we learned about a planned partnership between JetBlue and United, American took delivery of its first “premium” Boeing 787, Oman Air cut its workforce by nearly 25%, Beond Airlines announced a huge expansion with few details, United opened its refreshed Polaris Lounge in Chicago, and more.
