Mounting a TV on the same stud as outlet
Hey everyone, I have what is probably a dumb question but trying to avoid any problems when mounting my TV today. The stud I want to mount my TV on has an outlet towards the bottom of the wall about a foot off of the floor. My understanding is that the wiring from this outlet should run up the side of the stud rather than directly in front of it.
