New Air France La Premiere First Class: Hello From The First Flight!
Hello from somewhere over the Atlantic, as I’m on the return journey of my quick trip to Paris. Let me start my disclosing that I’m traveling as a guest of Air France today — it’s the first airline media flight invite that I’ve accepted in about 15 years.

Hello from somewhere over the Atlantic, as I’m on the return journey of my quick trip to Paris. Let me start my disclosing that I’m traveling as a guest of Air France today — it’s the first airline media flight invite that I’ve accepted in about 15 years.
So, what’s the occasion? Air France recently unveiled its new La Premiere first class suite, and I’m on the very first flight featuring the new cabins. We just reached cruising altitude a little bit ago, so I’ll update this post a later on with more details and impressions of the flight, but first let me share some pictures.
I have to say, my first impression is very positive, and this exceeded my (already high) expectations. Of course we had seen the renderings, but I don’t think the renderings did this product justice, and I find it to be in a totally different league than the old cabin (which was already excellent).
As I mentioned above, I’ll update this post in a bit with my more detailed initial thoughts, after I have the chance to check out the bed, entertainment, and more. In the meantime, I figured y’all would appreciate some pictures. If you have any questions or requests, please let me know, and I’ll try to get to them!
