Hi. I'm here today to find out what is the best portable air conditioner by price that can do a good job. I'm between living places & neither of them have ac. I'm also really intolerant of heat. I can go into a full body seat & feel sick easily. If someone could please give me recommendations of affordable ones that actually cool a whole room, I'd really appreciate it.
