Previous owner installed window unit through the wall.
Wasn’t pitched right and dripped into the wall ruining drywall causing some mildew. I moved it outside farther which allowed the pitch to be better, but there’s still some condensation where I would put insulation. Should I be concerned about this (I am)? Is the problem that this is a window unit through the wall? Do I need to buy a wall unit to replace it?
