Repairing Emergency Dual-Lite
When I press the Test button nothing happens so I assume a battery needs to be replaced. The test button is eliminated so I also assume it is hard wired. My question is about how to get to the inside of this unit where the battery is. I see from the instructions that I need to loosen the two chassis retaining screws. My issue is that these are behind the lamp assemblies. I have to angle a flat head screw driver to loosen them. Rather difficult and prone to stripping them. Makes me think I am doing something wrong or this is just a very poor design. Do you have any suggestions or videos to recommend I watch? submitted by /u/dad62896 [link] [comments]
