Should I even out a subfloor before adding additional underlayment?
I removed the carpet from a four season sunroom with the plan of putting in LVP. There's a section of the subfloor (OSB) that is low and will need to be evened out. I am also going to add 1/4" plywood on top of the OSB to regain some of the height lost from getting rid of the carpet/pad. My question is: should I even out the subfloor before I add the plywood, or just add the plywood and then even things out on top of that? Thanks. submitted by /u/zangieflookingmofo [link] [comments]
