Shower water pressure low and temp slow to adjust

Over the past year, my shower's water pressure has noticeably decreased. I removed the showerhead (only 1-2 years old) and soaked it in vinegar for 48 hours hoping that was the issue, despite no visible calcification. After scrubbing and reinstalling, there was no improvement. I've also noticed that the water takes longer to warm up, and occasionally, it doesn't heat up at all. Assuming the cartridge was the issue, I replaced it with a new Moen 1225. The handle now moves smoothly instead of the previous stiff on/off "clunk," but the water pressure remains low, and heating is still slow. Other showers and faucets in the house have normal pressure and temperature, so the issue seems isolated to the master bathroom shower. Any ideas on what might be causing this? Here's a picture of the plumbing behind the handle when I replaced the cartridge. submitted by /u/kernel610 [link] [comments]
