Stake, the global online casino and sportsbook giant, has unveiled Stake Engine, a next-generation Remote Gaming Server (RGS) designed to boost casino game development.

This new platform offers developers-from indie creators to full-scale studios, the tools and infrastructure to build, deploy, and monetise games. The RGS will be backed by Stake’s platform, allowing it to access the company’s massive player base more easily.

Stake Engine breaks down traditional barriers in game development by providing a full end-to-end stack, including a front-end SDK, integrated math engine, balancing toolkit, and real-time analytics dashboard.

Developers can create anything from slots and wheel mechanics to card-based games and original IPs, with no templates or gatekeeping. Once a game meets Stake’s standards, it can be launched and owned entirely by the creator.

The commercial model is particularly enticing: developers receive 10% of gross gaming revenue (GGR) monthly, a generous share compared to industry norms.

Over the past year, games built on Stake Engine have generated $3.31bn in turnover, according to the company, with three titles ranking among Stake’s top 50 games by total bets in the latest quarter. These are Massive Studio’s Jawsome, Serpentina, and Twist’s Samurai Dogs Unleashed.

Brais Pena, Chief Strategy Officer at Easygo (the tech powerhouse behind Stake), describes Stake Engine as “more than just infrastructure, it’s a launchpad for the next generation of iGaming creators.”

The platform aims to remove friction, unlock creativity, and scale games rapidly, allowing developers to go from concept to live in days rather than months.

Stake Engine and Kick

Adding an intriguing layer to this story is the connection to Kick, the fast-growing streaming platform co-founded by Stake’s founders, Bijan Tehrani and Ed Craven.

Kick has rapidly gained traction by offering creators a 95% revenue share and looser content restrictions, positioning itself as a challenger to Twitch.

This synergy between Stake’s gaming innovation and Kick’s creator-centric streaming ecosystem highlights the founders’ broader vision of disrupting traditional online entertainment.

With over 20m users and infrastructure supporting more than one million bets per second, Stake Engine offers developers access to a massive audience and robust backend.

It promises to democratise game creation, foster innovation, and reshape the iGaming landscape by empowering creators to build and earn on their own terms. For developers eager to join, Stake Engine is currently granting early access, with over 2,000 inquiries received and a growing waitlist.
